Some file pre-election report in lieu of April quarterly
Under FEC regulations, quarterly reports are waived for filers who have a pre-election report due between the 5th and 15th day after the close of the quarter (e.g., between April 5 and April 15). As a result, the Commission has waived the April Quarterly report for filers required to submit a pre-election report in connection with the Maryland and Pennsylvania primaries, as well as certain nominating conventions in Indiana and Utah. Filers should consult the Compliance map or the 2016 pre-election filing schedule for the filing dates in connection with these elections.
