SCHEDULE SET FOR JUNE 11 PUBLIC HEARING ON ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES
WASHINGTON – The Federal Election Commission will conduct a public hearing beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, regarding the Federal Election Campaign Act’s enforcement procedures administered by the Commission.

Periodically reviewing of enforcement practices and procedures is part of the Commission’s examination of its programs in order to determine if issues have arisen that require reexamination or adaptation of those practices and procedures. Seeking public comment from the regulated community and the public is part of this process.
