Reports due in July

July 14, 2025

Every committee registered with the FEC has a report due this month — either a July 15 Quarterly, a July 20 Monthly or a July 31 Mid-Year.

  • Campaign committees (except monthly filing presidential campaigns) have a report due Tuesday, July 15, covering activity after the closing date of their last report through June 30.
  • Monthly filing PACs, political party committees and presidential campaign committees have a report due Sunday, July 20, covering the month of June.
  • Quarterly filing PACs and party committees file on a semi-annual basis in non-election years and must file their reports by Thursday, July 31.

For additional information, consult the July reporting reminder in the FEC Record.

Staff in the Reports Analysis Division (RAD) and Electronic Filing Office (EFO) will be available until 8:00 p.m. ET on July 15 and July 31 to help filers with any last-minute questions. For questions regarding the content and filing of reports, call RAD at 800-424-9530 (press 5) or 202-694-1130. You can also visit the website portal to submit a question to RAD.
