Reporting for California Special Elections

August 12, 2009

There are two special House elections in California with reports due in August. In California's 32nd District, a post-runoff report is due August 13 (covering activity from July 1 through August 3). In California's 10th District, a pre-general report is due August 20 (covering activity from July 1 through August 12). (PACs/party committees supporting or opposing candidates in these elections should review these Federal Register notices [10th District] /[32nd District] to determine their filing requirements.)
