New Campaign Guide for Congressional Candidates and Committees available online (2021)

The Commission has posted on its website an updated Campaign Guide for Congressional Candidates and Committees. The new Guide, which replaces the 2014 edition, provides an overall summary of the federal campaign finance laws that apply to candidates for the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate and their campaign committees.

The updated Guide is available as a PDF at https://www.fec.gov/resources/cms-content/documents/candgui.pdf.
