New campaign guide available

The 2008 Campaign Guide for Congressional Candidates and Committees is now available on the Commission web site at https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/guides. Paper copies will be available by August 2008.
For each type of committee, a Campaign Guide explains, in clear English, the complex regulations regarding the activity of political committees. It shows readers, for example, how to fill out FEC reports and illustrates how the law applies to practical situations.
