May Reporting Reminder

May 17, 2010

Monthly filers are reminded that they have a report due Thursday, May 20, covering the month of April. Quarterly filers do not have a report due that day. However, unlike monthly filers, if quarterly filers make a contribution or expenditure in connection with a special election or a primary election, they may have to file additional pre- or post-election reports. Thus, quarterly filers should refer to the FEC's compliance map as they make contributions/expenditures, to determine if an additional report is required.
