July Reporting Reminder

July 1, 2013

Campaign committees filing on a quarterly filing schedule must file the July Quarterly report, due Monday, July 15 and covering activity through June 30. PACs and party committees that filed on a quarterly basis in 2012 are reminded that because it is a non-election year, they do not file the July Quarterly report. Instead, all PACs and party committees not filing monthly must file a Mid-Year report due Wednesday, July 31. Finally, monthly filers are reminded that they have a report due Saturday, July 20, covering the month of June. Please note that the FEC does not have authority to extend filing deadlines, even when they fall on weekends or holidays. Filers should plan accordingly.
