July Filing Reminder

July 14, 2008

. Quarterly filers have a report due Tuesday, July 15, 2008, and monthly filers have a report due on Sunday, July 20. Please note that the Commission does not have statutory authority to extend filing deadlines, even when they fall on weekends or holidays. Electronic filers are reminded that they must use the new version 6.2 electronic filing format (see the June 17 tip for details).
