Is your committee’s information up-to-date?

Any changes to the information disclosed on a committee’s Statement of Organization (Form 1), such as a new treasurer or address, must be disclosed within 10 days. If you have questions or need help amending your committee’s Form 1, please feel free to give us a call at 800-424-9530.
