Here's Your Chance To Have a Say in FEC Enforcement Policies

The FEC seeks your comments on several recently published draft rulemakings and policy statements. Topics include best efforts to comply with recordkeeping and reporting, hearings for respondents in enforcement cases, self-reporting of campaign finance violations, and the use of a best efforts defense in administrative fines challenges. Comments are due in January (check each notice for the specific date).
