FEC to host Reporting and FECFile webinars this fall (2026)

Q3 Reporting and FECFile Webinars Webhead

The Commission will host a series of webinars to help committees prepare to file their disclosure reports due in October. The webinars for candidate committees will be offered on September 30, while the webinars for PACs and party committees will be held on October 7.

The reporting webinars will address common filing problems and use scenarios to demonstrate how to report different types of activity. The electronic filing sessions will offer a live demonstration of the Commission’s FECFile software and address other e-filing issues. Staff from the FEC’s Reports Analysis Division will lead all the workshops and answer any reporting questions attendees may have.

Webinar information

This training will take place online via Zoom. An email containing a link to workshop materials, technical information and additional instructions will be sent to registered participants the day before the webinars.

Learning credits

The FEC will provide all attendees with a letter certifying participation, which participants can use to independently apply for CLE or other credits. Email conferences@fec.gov if you have further questions related to educational credit.
