FEC to host May 20 & 21 Candidate Committee Webinar

The FEC will conduct two days of training for candidate committees in May. If you’re newer to campaign finance regulations, you may choose to attend the Basics for Beginners session on Tuesday, May 20 (from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The webinar continues on Wednesday, May 21 with two Candidate Committee Operations workshops (from 1:00-4:15 p.m. Eastern Time). Those with more experience may choose to register only for the Candidate Committee Operations workshops on Wednesday afternoon. During these live, interactive sessions, FEC staff will review the federal campaign finance rules relevant to candidate committees, detail different reporting scenarios, discuss communications and candidate activities and more.
