FEC Issues Two AOs on "Super PACs."

On June 30, the Commission issued two advisory opinions addressing various questions raised by "independent expenditure-only political committees" ( a.k.a, Super PACs). Links to the advisory opinions, as well as a description of their findings, are available here.
