Respondents in Administrative Fine Program (AFP) cases now have the option of remitting payment by automated clearing house (ACH) withdrawal from a bank account, or by debit or credit card through, the federal government's secure portal for online collections. Staff in the Commission’s Reports Analysis Division and Office of Administrative Review will be available to help respondents submit online payments and to update them on the status of their payments.
