FEC to host Chicago, DC and Arizona regional conferences in 2017-2018

March 2, 2017
2017-2018 FEC Conferences Rollout Button

During the 2017-18 election cycle, the FEC will host regional conferences in Chicago, Illinois, Washington, DC, and Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona. These conferences complement the agency’s online seminars, and offer the only opportunities this election cycle to receive face-to-face training from FEC Commissioners and staff.

Each two-day conference will feature a variety of in-depth training sessions, including break-out workshops for candidates, parties and separate segregated funds (PACs). Separate sessions are also available for those seeking an introduction to the basics, as well as for those with extensive experience in campaign finance law.

As detailed below, the Chicago and Washington conferences will take place later this year, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale conference will be held early next year. Registration information, including cost, hotel reservation group rates, detailed agendas, and travel information will be forthcoming. To ensure you’re informed when conference registration opens, please sign up to receive an email notification by clicking the links located on the FEC’s Outreach page.
