District Court issues opinion in James v. FEC

November 1, 2012

WASHINGTON – A three-judge court of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia yesterday issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order in James v. FEC (Case 1:12-cv-01451-JEB-JRB-RLW), denying the plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction and dismissing the case.
