District Court issues opinion in Herron v. FEC

November 9, 2012

WASHINGTON – The United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued its Memorandum Opinion Thursday in Herron v. FEC (Case 1:11-cv-01466-RC), denying the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and granting the Federal Election Commission’s cross-motion for summary judgment.
