December monthly reporting reminder

December 15, 2025

PACs, political parties and presidential campaign committees that file monthly have a report due by Saturday, December 20, covering the month of November. Please note that the FEC does not have authority to extend filing deadlines, even when they fall on weekends or holidays. Quarterly filing PACs and political party committees do not have a regularly scheduled report due this month, but may have to file additional reports if they have made contributions or expenditures in connection with special elections. Quarterly filers should refer to the FEC’s Dates and deadlines page to determine if an additional report is required.
