Compliance with Laws Outside the FEC's Jurisdiction

The FEC administers and enforces federal campaign finance laws. However, there are several other laws related to federal elections and political activity that do not fall under the FEC's jurisdiction. To assist the public and the regulated community in identifying and contacting the agencies and offices responsible for administering those laws, the FEC has prepared this web page.
