writing, of this waiver and to direct them to disgorge to the U. S Treasury the $20,000.
In partial satisfaction of this civil penalty, the Commission will apply the waived refund
of $20,000 from the Clinton/Gore ’96 Primary Committee against the $21,000 civil
penalty.
