October 28, 2015

On October 16, 2015, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied a petition for rehearing and rehearing en banc filed by Combat Veterans for Congress PAC and its treasurer. Petitioners had sought rehearing of the appeals court’s July 2015 decision affirming a district court judgment that upheld the Commission’s final determinations in three administrative fine matters.
