Campbell v. FEC seeks declaratory and injunctive relief (E.D.M. 26-cv-10849)

On March 12, 2026, Shelby Campbell (plaintiff), a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Michigan’s 13th District, filed suit against the Commission in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Plaintiff challenges the constitutionality of the Federal Election Campaign Act and seeks declaratory and injunctive relief.
