California 32nd District Special Election Reports Due in May

March 30, 2009

There will be a special general election in California's 34nd District on May 19, 2009, and if needed, a special runoff election in that district on July 14, 2009. The reporting schedule for special pre-general (and if needed, post-general and pre-runoff) reporting in regard to these elections is available online. Quarterly-filing PACs or party committees that make or have made contributions to any of the candidates in these special elections (or independent expenditures for or against them) may also have to file these or other additional reports; see this Federal Register notice for details.
