Be sure to stand by your TV and radio ads
As we enter the last months of the election cycle, many political committees and other entities will run last-minute radio and television ads to reach potential voters. Many of those ads will need disclaimers that — among other things — identify who paid for the message and indicate whether the ad was authorized by a candidate.
