April quarterly reporting reminder

April 11, 2016

April Quarterly reports covering activity through March 31 are due Friday, April 15. See this Record article for more information. Staff in the Reports Analysis Division and Electronic Filing Office will be available until 8:00 p.m. EDT on April 15 to answer questions regarding the content and filing of reports. To reach RAD, call 1-800-424-9530 (press 5) or 202-694-1130. For help with technical issues relating to electronic filing, dial the same toll-free number and press 4. The E-Filing Office can also be reached locally at 202-694-1307.
