Appeals Court Issues Order in Free Speech v. FEC

October 31, 2012

WASHINGTON – The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit issued its Order on Monday in Free Speech v. FEC (Circuit Court Case: 12-8078), denying plaintiff's motion for injunction pending appeal.
