Advisory opinion request 2013-18 (Revolution Messaging LLC)

March 11, 2014

On February 27, 2014, the Commission considered an advisory opinion request from Revolution Messaging, LLC, asking whether its proposed mobile phone banner ads were exempt from the Act’s disclaimer requirements. The Commission was unable to render an opinion by the required four affirmative votes and concluded its consideration of the request.
