Paying Alternative Dispute Resolution civil penalties

Respondents can make payments by:

  • Debit, credit card or automated clearing house (ACH) withdrawal on pay.gov (the government’s secure portal for online collections) or
  • Check or money order, made payable to the Federal Election Commission. Respondents can send payments by regular mail, courier or overnight delivery.
