Solicitable class of membership organization

A membership organization or its SSF may solicit its restricted class at any time.

The restricted class includes:

• Noncorporate members (such as individuals and partnerships) of the organization;
• The organization’s executive and administrative personnel; and
• The families of both groups.

Unlike trade associations, other incorporated membership organizations may not solicit contributions from incorporated members’ stockholders and executive and administrative personnel, or the families of such individuals.
