Solicitable class of labor organization

A labor organization or its SSF may solicit its restricted class at any time. The restricted class includes the union’s members, its executive and administrative personnel and the families of both groups.

Note that a member of a local union is also considered a member of:

  • Any national or international union that the local union belongs to; and
  • Any labor federation to which the local, national or international union belongs.
