Dismiss the allegation that Make America Great Again PAC and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer misreported disbursements to Red Curve Solutions, LLC, in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(5), (6) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(b)(4), 104.9.4. Dismiss the allegation that Make America Great Again PAC and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer misreported disbursements to Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(5), (6) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(b)(4), 104.9.MURs 8251 and 8260:5. Approve the proposed Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated February 27, 2025, subject to the edits to the Factual and Legal Analysis circulated by Commissioner Trainor’s office on April 22, 2025, at 1:36 p.m. and the additional edits circulated by Commissioner Broussard’s office on April 29, 2025, at 1:22 p.m.6. Approve the appropriate letters.7.
