Dismiss the allegation that Isaac Ian McCorkle and McCorkle for Colorado and Brian Izzolena in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 113.2(e) by converting campaign funds into personal use.2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated September 5, 2024, subject to the edits circulated by Chairman Cooksey’s Office on September 30, 2024, at 10:59 a.m.3. Approve the appropriate letters.4. Close the file effective 30 days from the date the certification of this vote is signed (or on the next business day after the 30th day, if the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday).
