McCann in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a)(1) by failing to accurately report its cash on hand.c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 11, 2023, subject to the deletion of the last line of Factual and Legal Analysis.d. Authorize pre-probable cause conciliation with the American Podiatric Medical Association Political Action Committee and Dr. William N. McCann in his official capacity as treasurer.e. Approve the proposed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated August 11, 2023.f. Approve the appropriate letter.
