Dismiss the allegation that Lafazan for Congress and Alex Leibson in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(a),104.13(a) by failing to report an in-kind contribution from Joshua Lafazan....REDACTED...e. Dismiss the allegation that Josh Lafazan for Responsible Government made a prohibited transfer to Lafazan for Congress and Alex Leibson in his official capacity as treasurer in the form of the Lafazan Facebook account in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30125(e)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.3(d).c. Dismiss the allegation that Lafazan for Congress and Alex Leibson in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.3(a),104.13(a) by failing to report an in-kind contribution from Joshua Lafazan.d.
