Enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with Detroit International Bridge Company, LLC, prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. c. Take no action at this time as to Never Back Down, Inc. and Cabell Hobbs in his official capacity as treasurer. d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 23, 2024. e. Approve the proposed Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 23, 2024.f. Approve the appropriate letter.
