Dismiss the allegation that GWEN PAC and Brenda Moore in her official capacity as treasurer violated the Act as a result of the portion of GWEN PAC’s disbursements for operating expenditures.2. Dismiss the allegation that GWEN PAC and Brenda Moore in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b) by converting contributions to personal use.3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 8, 2024, subject to the edits circulated by the Offices of Commissioners Lindenbaum and Broussard on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6:32 p.m.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file effective 30 days after the date the certification of this vote is signed (or on the next business day after the 30th day, if the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday).
