Dismiss the allegation that Frank LaRose violated 52 U.S.C. § 30125(e)(1)(A) and 11 C.F.R. § 300.61 by soliciting soft money as a candidate for federal office.d. Dismiss the allegation that Leadership for Ohio Fund and Dustin McIntyre in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. §§ 30103, 30104 and 11 C.F.R. §§ 102.1(d) and 104.1 by failing to timely file a Statement of Organization and reports with the Commission.
