The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to:a. Dismiss the allegation that Kyrsten Sinema, Sinema for Arizona, Getting Stuff Done PAC, and Sinema Leadership Fund, and Cynthia Leigh Applebaum in her capacity as treasurer of all three committees, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30114(b) by converting contributions to personal use. b. Dismiss the allegation that Sinema for Arizona, Getting Stuff Done PAC, and Sinema Leadership Fund, and Cynthia Leigh Applebaum in her capacity as treasurer of all three committees, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(5)(A) by improperly reporting the purpose of expenditures. c. Approve the appropriate letters.d. Close the file effective 30 days after the date the certification of this vote is signed (or on the next business day after the 30th day, if the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday).
