DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 8138:1. Dismiss the allegation that Devolder-Santos for Congress and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; Devolder Santos Victory Committee and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; GADS PAC and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; and Devolder Santos for Congress Recount and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30102(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.7 by accepting contributions or making expenditures when there was a vacancy in the office of the treasurer. 2. Dismiss the allegation that Devolder-Santos for Congress and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; Devolder Santos Victory Committee and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; GADS PAC and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer; and Devolder Santos for Congress Recount and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30103(b), (c) and 11 C.F.R. § 102.2(a)(1), (2) and 104.14 (d) by failing to accurately identify their treasurer.3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated March 21, 2025, subject to the edits circulated by Commissioner Trainor’s Office on April 30, 2025 at 11:45 a.m.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file effective 30 days from the date the certification of this vote is signed (or on the next business day after the 30th day, if the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday).
