Find reason to believe that Fox Corporation violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(b) by making a prohibited corporate contribution.b. Find reason to believe that Keith Rupert Murdoch violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(e) by consenting to a prohibited corporate contribution.c. Find reason to believe that Make America Great Again PAC (f/k/a Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.) and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(d) by knowingly accepting a prohibited corporate contribution. d. Find reason to believe that Make America Great Again PAC (f/k/a Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.) and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(3) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(a)(4)(i) by failing to report the contribution from Fox Corporation in its disclosure reports. e. Dismiss the allegation that Jared C. Kushner violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(d) by knowingly accepting a prohibited corporate contribution on behalf of Make America Great Again PAC.f. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 10, 2024, subject to the edits circulated by Vice Chair Weintraub’s Office on October 7, 2024, at 1:09 p.m.g. Authorize pre-probable cause conciliation with Fox Corporation, Keith Rupert Murdoch, and Make America Great Again PAC (f/k/a Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.) and Bradley T. Crate in his official capacity as treasurer. h. Approve the Conciliation Agreements, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated June 10, 2024. i. Approve the appropriate letters.
