Approve the appropriate letters.

Dismiss the complaint as to the allegations that Devolder-Santos for Congress and Jason Boles in his official capacity as treasurer knowingly and willfully violated 52 U.S.C. § 30124(b)(1).b. Dismiss the allegation that Sam Miele knowingly and willfully violated 52 U.S.C. § 30124(b)(1).c. Dismiss the allegation that George Santos violated 52 U.S.C. § 30124(b)(1).d.
