Authorize the Office of General Counsel to make a conciliation counteroffer for a penalty in the amount of ...REDACTED...3. Instruct the Office of General Counsel to inform the respondent that this is the Commission's best and final offer and that it will not accept any lower penalty amount in the conciliation agreement.4. Authorize the Office of General Counsel to engage in conciliation negotiations for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the vote certification and inform the respondent that conciliation has been so limited.

Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 21, 2022, and further direct the Office of General Counsel to make conforming edits to reflect the Commission’s findings.d. Authorize pre-probable cause conciliation with Mike Braun for Indiana and Thomas Datwyler in his official capacity as treasurer.e. Approve the proposed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated December 21, 2022, and further direct the Office of General Counsel to make conforming edits to reflect the Commission’s findings.f.
