Find reason to believe that Brady PAC and Jeanne Connelly in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(8) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(d) by failing to report a debt. c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated October 27, 2022. d. Enter into conciliation with Brady PAC and Jeanne Connelly in her official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe. e. Approve the proposed Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated October 27, 2022. f. Send the appropriate letters.
