Find reason to believe that Alabama Conservative Fund and Kaylen Melton in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(g)(4) by failing to report attribution information.b. Direct the Office of General Counsel to draft appropriate Factual & Legal Analyses reflecting the foregoing and circulate for Commission approval within fourteen (14) days.

Fitzpatrick and Free Market, LLC, violated 52 U.S.C. § 30122 by making and knowingly permitting one’s name to be used effect a contribution in the name of another.b.
