DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7991: 1. Find no reason to believe that Google, LLC, made, and Biden for President and Keana Spencer in her official capacity as treasurer knowingly accepted, prohibited in-kind corporate contributions in violation of 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. §§ 109.21, 114.2. 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated November 30, 2022. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
