DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 7976:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with John James, and John James for Senate, Inc., and Tim Caughlin in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated March 27, 2024.2. Approve the appropriate letters.3.
