DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7970:
1. Accept the conciliation agreement, as recommended in the Memorandum to the Commission dated June 1, 2022.
2. Approve the appropriate letter.

a. Open a MUR.
b. Find reason to believe that the Washington State Democratic Central Committee and Julie Johnson in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b)(2) and (4) by failing to report receipts and disbursements.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated January 5, 2022.
d. Approve the proposed Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated January 5, 2022.
e. Approve the appropriate letter.
