Find no reason to believe that DCCC and Timothy Persico in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(a)-(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.3(b). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 31, 2022, subject to the edits as last circulated by the Democratic Commissioners’ Offices on August 29, 2022 at 2:46 p.m. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
