The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to:
a. Open a MUR.
b. Find reason to believe that Rebuilding America Now and Chris Marston in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(b) by failing to report contributions on its 2016 30-Day Post-General Report.
c. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated April 15, 2021.
d. Enter into conciliation with Rebuilding America Now and Christ Marston in his official capacity as treasurer prior to a finding of probable cause to believe.
e. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated April 15, 2021.
f. Approve the appropriate letter.
